General terms and conditions of advertising

• In case of simultaneous representation of several advertisers, products and services within one spot, broadcast price is increased 40% to basic prices from the price list.
• For all commercial shows, coverages and sponsorship forms (complete shows, scenery incorporation, product placement, anchor announcements, special offers e tc.), prices are specifically set, negotiated and defined by special decisions.
• Special discount rates are approved by director of TV Kosava by special decision
• Special discounts exclude all other discounts

Conditions of usage of quantity discount

• Quantity discount is given to advertisers based on annual contract the advertiser directly signs with marketing of TV Kosava, according to discount to agreed value of advertisements in accordance to active price list, and is represented in monthly invoices.
• If the advertiser does not fulfill agreed amount on which it used discount from this price list for every individual order, TV Kosava shall additionally charge it in amount of used discount, with term of payment right after reception of an invoice.
• TV Kosava reserves the right to quarterly analyze budget spending and if it shows significant disproportion not justified by additional proofs of advertisers, it shall make a contract revision with budget accordant to actual spending in previous quarter with retroactive correction of discount.
• In case where advertiser cannot fulfill its debts for broadcasted advertisements, TV Kosava reserves the right to refuse additional broadcast orders.

Payment terms

• Fee for advertising services is paid after reception of invoice in term not longer that 8 days. Broadcast is being done according to contract and media plan delivered in writing.
• Invoices are delivered at the end of each month after completed broadcast order. For ad hoc orders, the invoice is delivered in term defined by Contract.
• Term for objection on invoice received is 8 days after the receipt.
• Term for objection on delivered service is 15 days after the broadcast day, and beyond that term, TV Kosava will not consider objections
• VAT is calculated on service invoiced.

Other conditions

• TV KOSAVA guarantees equal status to all advertisers on equal terms. Time of broadcasting of advertisements is set after time of beginning of the show. Broadcasting scheme is the base for setting of dispositions. TV Kosava is not obliged to broadcast advertisements in following cases:
• If they do not fit program and technical standards, or if broadcasting is confronting laws,
• If in term supposed for broadcasting another show of public importance shall be broadcasted, or if broadcast is not possible due to force majeure,
• If the advertiser does not fulfill contract or the price list,
• If advertisement isn’t provided at least 24h prior to broadcast,
• If additional documentation isn’t provided, in accordance to Law on Advertising
• In case of dispute Court in Belgrade and Laws of Republic of Serbia are appliable
• General terms of this price list are consisting part of contract on advertising.
